Data controller

Data we process
Your name, phone number and, optionally, your email address, city and note; the choices in the design you saved (rug, edge, shape and size) and the type of request.
Purpose
To assess your sample, quote or project request, to contact you about this request by phone, WhatsApp or email (for example to send quote details or confirm a sample) and to link your request to your customer record. Unless you give explicit consent in the separate box on the form, your data is not used for advertising or marketing; campaign and promotional messages are sent only with that consent.
Legal basis
Getting back to you about the form you filled in of your own accord is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Art. 5(2)(c)); no separate permission is asked for this. The legal basis for campaign and promotional messages is the explicit consent you give in the separate box (KVKK Art. 5(1)).
Transfer
Your request is seen by the Hattena Design House sales team and company managers. Your data is not sold, rented or shared for marketing; it is transferred only to the providers of our server, database and email infrastructure, limited to that service, and to authorised public bodies where the law requires. Because we may reply to you over WhatsApp and our company uses AI-assisted assistant tools, your data is transferred to infrastructure providers abroad. Our email infrastructure is in Türkiye: emails are sent from our company's server in Türkiye, so your email address and the messages are not transferred abroad. These transfers are made under Article 9 of the Law, by signing the standard contract published by the Personal Data Protection Board and notifying the Personal Data Protection Authority.
How long we keep it
Designs without a request are deleted 15 days after they were last saved; this also applies if you signed in with a code. If you added a room photo to a design, the design is kept until the photo is deleted (the period in the room photo consent text: 30 days) and is then deleted. If your request does not become an order, the request record, your design and your contact details are deleted 1 year after the request is closed. If your request becomes an order, the legal retention period for order records applies.
Page language
To choose which language to show the page in, the country you are connecting from is worked out from your IP address at that moment; your IP address is not stored for this purpose and is not shared with anyone.
Your rights
To use your rights under KVKK Art. 11 (to learn whether your data is processed, to ask for information, correction, deletion, to object and others), you can send your request as a signed letter to Fetih Mah. Kösebey Sk. No:80A Ataşehir/İstanbul, Türkiye, to our registered email (KEP) address hattena@hs01.kep.tr or with a secure electronic signature, or from the email address registered with us to info@hattenadesign.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest from the date your request reaches us. You can withdraw the explicit consent you gave for campaign and promotional messages at any time, through the opt-out link in the message you receive or through the same channels.

Adınız, telefon numaranız, isteğe bağlı olarak e-posta adresiniz, şehriniz ve notunuz; kaydettiğiniz tasarımın seçimleri (halı, kenar, form ve ölçü) ile talep türü.
İşleme amacı
Numune, teklif ya da proje talebinizi değerlendirmek, bu talep hakkında sizinle telefon, WhatsApp ya da e-posta ile iletişime geçmek (teklif detayının iletilmesi, numune teyidi gibi) ve talebinizi müşteri kaydınızla ilişkilendirmek. Formdaki ayrı kutuda açık rıza vermediğiniz sürece verileriniz reklam ya da pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz; tanıtım ve kampanya iletileri yalnız bu açık rızayla gönderilir.
Hukuki sebep
Kendi isteğinizle doldurduğunuz forma istinaden talebinize dönüş yapılması, bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması şartına dayanır (KVKK m. 5/2-c); talebinize dönüş için ayrıca izniniz alınmaz. Tanıtım ve kampanya iletileri için hukuki sebep, ayrı kutuda vereceğiniz açık rızadır (KVKK m. 5/1).
Aktarım
Talebinizi Hattena Design House satış ekibi ve şirket yetkilileri görür. Verileriniz üçüncü kişilere satılmaz, kiralanmaz ya da pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz; yalnız sunucu, veritabanı ve e-posta altyapımızı sağlayan hizmet sağlayıcılarımıza bu hizmetle sınırlı olarak ve mevzuatın zorunlu kıldığı hâllerde yetkili kamu kurumlarına aktarılır. Talebinize WhatsApp üzerinden dönüş yapılması ve şirketimizin yapay zekâ destekli asistan araçlarının kullanılması nedeniyle verileriniz yurt dışındaki altyapı sağlayıcılarına aktarılır. E-posta altyapımız yurt içindedir: e-postalar şirketimizin yurt içindeki sunucusundan gönderilir; e-posta adresiniz ve iletiler bu nedenle yurt dışına aktarılmaz. Bu aktarımlar, Kanun'un 9. maddesi uyarınca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'nun yayımladığı standart sözleşme imzalanarak ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na bildirilerek yapılır.
Saklama süresi
Talep açılmayan tasarımlar son kaydedildikleri andan 15 gün sonra silinir; kodla giriş yapmış olsanız da bu kural uygulanır. Tasarıma oda fotoğrafı eklediyseniz tasarım, fotoğraf silinene kadar (oda fotoğrafı açık rıza metnindeki süre: 30 gün) saklanır ve sonra silinir. Talebiniz siparişe dönüşmezse talep kaydı, tasarımınız ve iletişim bilgileriniz talebin kapanışından 1 yıl sonra silinir. Talebiniz siparişe dönüşürse sipariş kaydının yasal saklama süresi uygulanır.
Sayfa dili
Sayfayı hangi dilde göstereceğimizi seçmek için bağlandığınız ülke, IP adresinizden o anda bulunur; IP adresiniz bu amaçla saklanmaz ve kimseyle paylaşılmaz.
Haklarınız
KVKK m. 11 kapsamındaki haklarınızı (verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, itiraz ve diğerleri) kullanmak için taleplerinizi; Fetih Mah. Kösebey Sk. No:80A Ataşehir/İstanbul adresine ıslak imzalı yazılı dilekçeyle, kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresimize hattena@hs01.kep.tr veya güvenli elektronik imzayla, yahut sistemimizde kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@hattenadesign.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuz, tarafımıza ulaştığı tarihten itibaren en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Tanıtım ve kampanya iletileri için verdiğiniz açık rızayı her zaman, size gelen iletideki ret yolu ya da aynı kanallar üzerinden geri alabilirsiniz.
