Data we process

• Identity and contact: your first and last name and phone number (required); your email address (for the sign-in code and to get back to you about your request; required when the code cannot be sent by SMS, otherwise optional).
• Sign-in check: the record of sending and checking the one-time code sent to you.
• Device and action record: at each sign-in and each action in the module (such as saving a design, opening an image, uploading a photo or making a request), the device ID cookie, browser details, IP address and time.
• Access record: which design image and reference page you opened and when; the serial number, the person who printed it and the print date of the reference pages given to you.

How to sign in

A one-time code, valid for 5 minutes, is sent to your phone by SMS or to your email address. You can try the code at most 3 times; after three wrong tries you need to ask for a new code. If the SMS does not arrive and you entered your email address, the code is sent by email; when the code cannot be sent by SMS, it is sent only by email and the email address is required. Your sign-in on the same device is remembered for 30 days; during this time no new code is asked on that device. After 30 days, when cookies are deleted or when you sign in from another device, a new code is asked.

Purpose

To know who made a design in Design Together and to link your designs to you; to be able to contact you about your design and your request; to protect your account from unauthorised access; to prevent our company's designs, images and patterns from being copied without permission or used to ask another company for work, and to find the source if this happens.

Personal watermark

A watermark personal to you is added to the design images you open in the module and to the reference pages given to you. The watermark shows through which access an image was opened. Technical measures are used against unauthorised downloading and copying.

Legal basis

Processing is necessary for our company's legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Art. 5(2)(f)): to link designs to people, to check sign-ins and to protect our content with watermarks and access records. If you make a request, processing for your request is based on the legal basis in the request form privacy notice. Campaign messages are sent only with the permission you give in the separate box.

Transfer

The sign-in code is sent by SMS through an SMS service provider in Türkiye; only your phone number and the code are passed to the provider. If the code is sent by email, your email address and the code are passed to the provider of our email infrastructure. Our email infrastructure is in Türkiye: emails are sent from our company's server in Türkiye, so your email address and the code are not transferred abroad. Your records are seen by the Hattena Design House sales team and company managers; your data is not sold, rented or shared for marketing, and is transferred to authorised public bodies where the law requires. Your sign-in details are part of our customer records; because we communicate over WhatsApp and our company uses AI-assisted assistant tools, your data is transferred to infrastructure providers abroad. These transfers are made under Article 9 of the Law, by signing the standard contract published by the Personal Data Protection Board and notifying the Personal Data Protection Authority.

How long we keep it

The sign-in code stops working after 5 minutes. The cookie that remembers your device expires after 30 days. Your name, phone, sign-in, device and access records are kept for 1 year from your last sign-in and then deleted. Designs for which you did not make a request are deleted 15 days after they were last saved, even if you signed in. If you made a request during this time, the retention period of the request record applies; if it became an order, the retention period of the order record applies. Reference page print records are kept together with the request or order record the page belongs to. Campaign permission records are kept until the permission is withdrawn, and after that for the legal period as proof.

Page language

To choose which language to show the page in, the country you are connecting from is worked out from your IP address at that moment; your IP address is not stored for this purpose and is not shared with anyone.

Your rights

To use your rights under KVKK Art. 11, you can send your request as a signed letter to Fetih Mah. Kösebey Sk. No:80A Ataşehir/İstanbul, Türkiye, to our registered email (KEP) address hattena@hs01.kep.tr or with a secure electronic signature, or from the email address registered with us to info@hattenadesign.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest. You can withdraw your campaign permission at any time, through the opt-out link in the message you receive or through the same channels.

İşlenen veriler

• Kimlik ve iletişim: adınız ve soyadınız, telefon numaranız (zorunlu); e-posta adresiniz (giriş kodu ve talebinize dönüş için; SMS ile kod gönderimi kullanılamadığında zorunlu, aksi hâlde isteğe bağlı).
• Giriş doğrulama: size gönderilen tek kullanımlık kodun gönderim ve doğrulama kaydı.
• Cihaz ve işlem kaydı: her girişte ve modüldeki her işlemde (tasarım kaydetme, görüntü açma, fotoğraf yükleme, talep açma gibi) cihaz kimlik çerezi, tarayıcı bilgisi, IP adresi ve zaman.
• Erişim kaydı: hangi tasarım görüntüsünü ve referans sayfasını ne zaman açtığınız; size verilen referans sayfalarının seri numarası, basan kişi ve basım tarihi.

Giriş nasıl yapılır

Telefonunuza SMS ile ya da e-posta adresinize 5 dakika geçerli tek kullanımlık bir kod gönderilir. Kod en fazla 3 kez denenebilir; üç hatalı denemeden sonra yeni kod istemeniz gerekir. SMS ulaşmazsa ve e-posta adresinizi yazdıysanız kod e-posta ile gönderilir; SMS ile kod gönderimi kullanılamadığında kod yalnız e-postayla gönderilir ve e-posta adresi zorunludur. Aynı cihazdan girişiniz 30 gün hatırlanır; bu süre içinde aynı cihazdan yeniden kod istenmez. 30 gün dolunca, çerezler silinince ya da farklı bir cihazdan girildiğinde yeniden kod istenir.

İşleme amacı

Birlikte Tasarlayalım'da tasarımı kimin yaptığını bilmek ve tasarımlarınızı size bağlamak; sizinle tasarımınız ve talebiniz hakkında iletişime geçebilmek; hesabınızı yetkisiz girişe karşı korumak; şirketimize ait tasarım, görsel ve desenlerin izinsiz çoğaltılmasını ve başka bir firmadan iş talep etmek için kullanılmasını önlemek, böyle bir kullanım olursa kaynağını tespit edebilmek.

Kişiye özel filigran

Modülde açtığınız tasarım görüntülerine ve size verilen referans sayfalarına size özel bir filigran eklenir. Filigran, görüntünün hangi erişimle açıldığının tespit edilmesini sağlar. İzinsiz indirme ve kopyalamaya karşı teknik önlemler uygulanır.

Hukuki sebep

Temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek kaydıyla şirketimizin meşru menfaati için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması (KVKK m. 5/2-f): tasarımları kişiye bağlamak, girişleri doğrulamak, filigran ve erişim kaydıyla içeriğimizi korumak. Talep açarsanız talebinize ilişkin işleme, talep formu aydınlatma metnindeki hukuki sebebe dayanır. Kampanya iletileri yalnız ayrı kutuda vereceğiniz izinle gönderilir.

Aktarım

Giriş kodu SMS ile yurt içindeki bir SMS hizmet sağlayıcısı aracılığıyla gönderilir; sağlayıcıya yalnız telefon numaranız ve kod iletilir. Kod e-posta ile gönderilecekse e-posta adresiniz ve kod e-posta altyapımızı sağlayan hizmet sağlayıcısına iletilir. E-posta altyapımız yurt içindedir: e-postalar şirketimizin yurt içindeki sunucusundan gönderilir; e-posta adresiniz ve kod bu nedenle yurt dışına aktarılmaz. Kayıtlarınızı Hattena Design House satış ekibi ve şirket yetkilileri görür; verileriniz üçüncü kişilere satılmaz, kiralanmaz ya da pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz; mevzuatın zorunlu kıldığı hâllerde yetkili kamu kurumlarına aktarılır. Giriş bilgileriniz müşteri kayıtlarımızın bir parçasıdır; WhatsApp üzerinden iletişim ve şirketimizin yapay zekâ destekli asistan araçlarının kullanılması nedeniyle verileriniz yurt dışındaki altyapı sağlayıcılarına aktarılır. Bu aktarımlar, Kanun'un 9. maddesi uyarınca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'nun yayımladığı standart sözleşme imzalanarak ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na bildirilerek yapılır.

Saklama süresi

Doğrulama kodu 5 dakika sonra geçersiz olur. Cihazı hatırlama çerezi 30 gün sonra geçerliliğini yitirir. Ad-soyad, telefon, giriş, cihaz ve erişim kayıtları son girişinizden itibaren 1 yıl saklanır ve sonra silinir. Talep açmadığınız tasarımlar, giriş yapmış olsanız da, son kaydedildikleri andan 15 gün sonra silinir. Bu süre içinde talep açtıysanız talep kaydının, siparişe dönüştüyse sipariş kaydının saklama süresi uygulanır. Referans sayfası basım kayıtları, sayfanın ait olduğu talep ya da sipariş kaydıyla birlikte saklanır. Kampanya izni kayıtları izin geri alınana kadar, geri alındıktan sonra ispat amacıyla yasal süre boyunca saklanır.

Sayfa dili

Sayfayı hangi dilde göstereceğimizi seçmek için bağlandığınız ülke, IP adresinizden o anda bulunur; IP adresiniz bu amaçla saklanmaz ve kimseyle paylaşılmaz.

KVKK m. 11 kapsamındaki haklarınızı kullanmak için taleplerinizi; Fetih Mah. Kösebey Sk. No:80A Ataşehir/İstanbul adresine ıslak imzalı yazılı dilekçeyle, KEP adresimize hattena@hs01.kep.tr veya güvenli elektronik imzayla, yahut sistemimizde kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@hattenadesign.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuz en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Kampanya izninizi her zaman, size gelen iletideki ret yolu ya da aynı kanallar üzerinden geri alabilirsiniz.
