What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that the site you visit saves in your browser.
Cookies we use: sign-in code cookie (hdp_bt_kod)
What for: To keep your sign-in step going while the code sent to your phone is checked. How long: 10 minutes; deleted when sign-in is complete.
Cookies we use: device ID (remember this device) cookie (hdp_bt_cihaz)
What for: To remember your sign-in from the same device, to recognise the device at each sign-in and in actions in the module, and to protect your account from unauthorised access. How long: 30 days; deleted when you sign out.
Cookies we use: My requests cookies (hdp_bt_taleplerim, hdp_bt_taleplerim_kod)
What for: To let you see the requests you made on the My requests page, after you enter the code sent to your email address. How long: code cookie 10 minutes, My requests session 30 minutes; not extended, deleted when you sign out.
Cookies we use: language cookie (hdp_dil)
What for: To remember the language you chose. How long: 1 year. It holds no personal information.
Page language
To choose which language to show the page in, the country you are connecting from is worked out from your IP address at that moment; your IP address is not stored for this purpose and is not shared with anyone.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary for our company's legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Art. 5(2)(f)): to verify sign-ins, to protect our content, to open the My requests page securely and to remember the language you chose.
Sharing
Cookie data is not used for advertising or marketing and is not shared with third parties.
Deleting cookies
You can delete cookies in your browser settings. If you delete the device ID cookie, you will be asked for a code again at your next sign-in.

Ne için: Seçtiğiniz dili hatırlamak. Süre: 1 yıl. Kişisel bilgi taşımaz.
Sayfa dili
Sayfayı hangi dilde göstereceğimizi seçmek için bağlandığınız ülke, IP adresinizden o anda bulunur; IP adresiniz bu amaçla saklanmaz ve kimseyle paylaşılmaz.
Hukuki sebep
Temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek kaydıyla şirketimizin meşru menfaati için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması (KVKK m. 5/2-f): girişleri doğrulamak, içeriğimizi korumak, Taleplerim sayfasını güvenle açmak ve seçtiğiniz dili hatırlamak.
