Design Together — Terms of Use and Copyright Undertaking

1. Parties and scope
These terms apply to everyone who uses the Design Together module of HATTENA TEKSTİL HALI İÇ MİMARİ TASARIM İNŞ. SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (brand name: Hattena Design House).
2. Purpose of the module
Design Together is offered for the rug design, sample, quote and order process you carry out with Hattena Design House.
3. Signing in
You sign in to the module with your full name and phone number, using a one-time code sent to your phone. The code sent to you and your design link are for you only. A design for which you did not make a request, and its link, are deleted 15 days after it was last saved.
4. Intellectual property
All designs, images and patterns shown in Design Together, and the reference pages, belong to Hattena Design House and are protected by copyright under the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846.
5. Copyright undertaking
By using the module, I agree that I will not copy, adapt or give to third parties the patterns, drawings and images of Hattena Design House, and will not use them to request work from another company; I will use them only for the design and order process I carry out with Hattena Design House.
6. Personal watermark and records
A watermark and serial number unique to you are added to the design images you open and to the reference pages given to you; your sign-ins and actions are recorded. How these records are processed is explained in the Sign-in Privacy Notice.
7. Personal data
Your personal data is processed as explained in the Sign-in Privacy Notice, the Request Form Privacy Notice and the Cookie Notice.

Birlikte Tasarlayalım — Kullanım Koşulları ve Telif Taahhüdü
1. Taraflar ve kapsam
Bu koşullar, HATTENA TEKSTİL HALI İÇ MİMARİ TASARIM İNŞ. SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.'nin (marka adı: Hattena Design House) Birlikte Tasarlayalım modülünü kullanan herkes için geçerlidir.
2. Modülün amacı
Birlikte Tasarlayalım, Hattena Design House ile yürütülen halı tasarımı, numune, teklif ve sipariş süreci için sunulur.
3. Giriş
Modüle ad-soyad ve telefon numaranızla, telefonunuza gönderilen tek kullanımlık kodla girersiniz. Size gönderilen kod ve tasarım bağlantınız size özeldir. Talep açmadığınız tasarım ve bağlantısı son kayıttan 15 gün sonra silinir.
4. Fikri mülkiyet
Birlikte Tasarlayalım'da gösterilen tüm tasarım, görsel ve desenler ile referans sayfaları Hattena Design House'a aittir ve 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu kapsamında telif hakkıyla korunur.
5. Telif taahhüdü
Modülü kullanarak, Hattena Design House'a ait desen, çizim ve görselleri çoğaltmayacağımı, işlemeyeceğimi, üçüncü kişilere vermeyeceğimi ve başka bir firmadan iş talep etmek için kullanmayacağımı; bunları yalnız Hattena Design House ile yürüttüğüm tasarım ve sipariş süreci için kullanacağımı kabul ederim.
6. Kişiye özel filigran ve kayıt
Açtığınız tasarım görüntülerine ve size verilen referans sayfalarına size özel filigran ve seri numarası eklenir; giriş ve işlemleriniz kaydedilir. Bu kayıtların nasıl işlendiği Giriş Aydınlatma Metni'nde açıklanmıştır.
7. Kişisel veriler
Kişisel verileriniz Giriş Aydınlatma Metni, Talep Formu Aydınlatma Metni ve Çerez Aydınlatma Metni'nde açıklandığı şekilde işlenir.
